In which we propose the creation of trillions of dollars of wealth by means of free zones, which are then transferred to community trusts to support women and children.

It is at once the largest philanthropic proposal ever made and the best integration of women's issues and free market issues ever created. Mostly Mark's thinking, which I've been following for several years now.
